Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to alter this tariff without notification. Rates do not apply to Dec 24th - 27th Inclusive, Dec 29th - Jan 1st Inclusive, Cheltenham Race Week, Badminton Horse Trials Weekend. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card number or by writing/e-mail directly to the hotel within 7 days of the initial telephone reservation. We reserve the right to charge in full for any confirmed reservations not taken up and/or to cancel without notice any unconfirmed reservations. Payment must be in full on departure unless prior credit arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Rooms are not available for occupation until after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Late departures will be charged at the full daily rate. We accept Access. Visa, Cheques up to the value for the supporting guarantee card, 1 cheque per transaction, sterling travellers cheques and British currency. A valid credit card must be presented for pre-authorisation on check-in or cash deposit paid for the value of the stay. We reserve the right to charge in full if a booking is cancelled and other business has been declined for this particular night/s.  A refund will be applied if the room is then re-sold. This does not apply to any rooms booked on special offers where the booking is non cancellable or non changeable. Cancellations cannot be made verbally and must be notified to us in writing via letter, fax or email.

Cheltenham Festival 2010

Arrival from the 15th March 2010 to the 19th March 2010. A minimum 3 night stay applies.

For rooms booked for these dates full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable for bookings cancelled after the 5th February 2010.

Badminton Horse Trials 2010
